Coaching is for anyone who is looking for support with menstrual symptoms and/or wanting to support their hormonal health during exercise and training.
Depending on the symptoms, circumstances, and goals you are working with, feeling relief and building your foundational knowledge can take anywhere from 1 month to 6 months to fully make a difference in systemic health.
I recommend between 1-2 sessions a month. Depending on how many areas are needing attention, we can figure out the best quantity and frequency for sessions.
